Vibro Çöp Sasörü, tohum, bakliyat ve kuruyemiş gibi ürünlerin ön temizlemesi için kullanılan bir makinedir.

Çalışma Prensibi

Ürün iletimi makinenin sağında ve solunda bulunan vibrasyon motorları sayesinde yapılır. Ürüne göre seçilen iki katlı elek üzerinde titreşimle ilerletilen tohum, bakliyat ve kuruyemiş gibi ürünler içerisindeki toz ve kaba çöp gibi yabancı maddelerden ayrıştırılır.

Vibro Separator is used for pre-cleaning of products such as seeds, pulses and nuts.

Working Principle

The machine has vibration motors installed on the left and right sides of the machine. The products such as seeds, pulses and nuts move on the 2 layer screen and are separated from foreign materials like dust and oversized impurities.

Radyal Tarar, hava sirkülasyonu yardımı ile üründen hafif olan yabancı maddeleri ve tozları temizlemek için kullanılır.

Çalışma Prensibi

Aspiratör yardımı ile makine içerisinde hava sirkülasyonu oluşturulur. Bu sayede ürün yaprak, toz vb. hafif olan yabancı maddelerden temizlenir. Ön temizlemesi yapılan ürün ise bir sonraki makineye aktarılır.

Description

Air-Recycling Aspirator is used for cleaning the dust and lighter impurities from the product with the help of air circulation.

Working Principle

The air circulation is created in the machine with the help of an aspirator. Thus, the product is separated from the lighter impurities such as leaf and dust. Pre-cleaned product is transferred to the next machine.
