Tohumları, böceklenme ve mantarlanma gibi durumlara karşı hassas bir şekilde kimyasal ilaçlarla kaplayarak, ürünün korunmasını sağlayan bir makinedir.
Çalışma Prensibi
Ürün, bekletme haznesinden makine karıştırma helezonuna ilerlerken, sıvı püskürtme diskinden geçişi sırasında ilaçlanır. Helezon sayesinde karıştırılan ürün tam olarak ilaçla kaplanır. Karıştırma sistemindeki kollar silikon ile kaplıdır. Bu sayede tohumlar ilaçlama esnasında zarar görmez ve helezon gövdesi temizlenerek ürün sıkışması engellenmiş olur. Ürünün temas ettiği yerler paslanmaz çelikten üretilmiştir. PLC kontrol sistemi ile sıvı oranı otomatik olarak istenilen miktarda ayarlanabilir.
LIQUID TREATMENT MACHINE
Description
This machine provides protection by treating the products against the insects and fungus with chemicals.
Working Principle
While the product is progressing from the pre-storage hopper to the screw conveyor of the machine, it is sprayed with liquid chemicals and then the product is completely coated with the help of mixer conveyor. Because of its silicone coated handles in the mixing system, the seeds are not damaged during the liquid treatment and thus the conveyor body is cleaned and seed congestion is avoided. The contact surfaces of the machine is made of stainless steel. Also, the liquid rate is automatically adjusted by a PLC control system with the desired amount.
