SPLT 400-HORIZONTAL

Mercimek, bakla, bezelye, nohut vb ürünlerin kabuğunun yatayda taş ile sıyırarak soymaya yarayan bir makinedir. Bilinen en eski kabuk soyma tekniğidir. İki taş arasındaki mesafe ayarlanarak ürüne göre soyma işlemi gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu makine ile soyulan ürün gelende ikiye ayrılarak yarım hale gelir. Mercimekte yaprak tip mercimek haline getirir.

The base of the system consist of special emery mouled two stones which lays on eachother. The stone underneath is connected to the main axle and is forced with the engine.

The substrate stone is fixed. The product is spread between two stones in the entry and the folding and bran peeling is done. So that the distance between stones can be regulated, special products can be gained. Throug the entry with the capaciti refining bolts the necessary rates of peeling is possible. The engine strap connections and the revolving stone system are covered and so secure.
