Excell Truva 408 Hassas Eleme Makinesi, yüksek kapasiteli hassas temizleme özelliği ile kusursuz verimlilik sağlar. 4 adet hafif tane kanalı sayesinde sınıfının en iyi makinesidir. Elek değişimi sayesinde ön temizlik, hassas temizlik ve boylama yapabilen bu makine, sessiz, sarsıntısız ve son teknoloji özellikleriyle geleceğin eleme temizleme makinesi olarak adlandırılır.

Çalışma Prensibi

Excell Truva 408 Hassas Eleme Makinesi, üzerinde bulunan aspiratör yardımıyla ilk temizliği üst haznede yapar. Üst teknedeki elekler sayesinde ürün, çöp ve toz gibi maddelerden, alt teknelerde ise kırık tanelerinden ayrılır. Ürün elendikten sonra özel dizayn edilen 4 hava kanalından geçerek cılız ve hafif tanelerden son derece hassas bir şekilde ayrıştırılarak bir sonraki makineye aktarılır. Bu makine ile 2 farklı boy elde edilir.

Description

Excell Truva 408 Super-Fine Cleaning Machine provides excellent productivity with high-capacity fine cleaning feature. It is a unique machine in its class by means of the 4 air lifting channels. Also, with its replaceable screen system, this machine can perform pre-cleaning, fine cleaning and grading. It’s called the super-fine cleaning machine of the future, with its silent, vibration-free and state-of-the-art fea- tures.

Working Principle

Excell Truva 408 Super-Fine Cleaning Machine performs the first cleaning in the product distribution chamber with the help of an aspirator. Through the screens on the upper deck, the product is separated from impurities and on the lower deck, it is separated from the broken products. After the product is screened, it is delicately separated from lighter grains by passing through 4 specially designed air lifting channels and transferred to the next machine. This machine can grade the product into 2 different sizes.
