Çalışma Prensibi

Excell 203 Turbo Plus Süper Eleme Makinesi, üzerinde bulunan aspiratör yardımıyla ilk temizliği üst haznede yapar. Üst teknedeki elekler sayesinde ürün, çöp ve toz gibi maddelerden, alt eleklerde ise kırık tanelerinden ayrılır. Ön tarafındaki turbo sistemi olarak adlandırılan 2 adet hava kanalı sayesinde ürün cılız ve hafif tanelerden ayrıştırılarak sonraki makineye aktarılır. Bu makine eğer sadece boylama olarak kullanılmak istenirse 4 farklı boy elde edilir.

Working Principle

Excell 203 Turbo Plus Fine Cleaning Machine performs the first cleaning in the product distribution chamber with the help of an aspirator. Through the screens on the upper deck, the product is separated from the undersized impurities and on the lower deck, it is separated from oversized and broken grains. Moreover with its two air lifting channels which is called turbo system that located at the front of it, the product is separated from the lighter grains and transferred to the next machine. If this machine is used only as a grading machine, it can grade the product into 4 different sizes.
