Excell 1004 bir ön temizleme makinesidir. Özel dizaynı sayesinde toz ve kaba, çöp gibi maddeleri ana üründen ayırır. Makinenin ürün girişindeki hava kanalı, toz ve hafif tanelerin ayrılmasını sağlar. 2 kat eleğe sahiptir. Üst elek kaba taneleri, alt elek ise toz ve kırık taneleri ayırır. 2 elek arasında kalan ürünün ön temizlemesi yapılmış olur.

Description

Excell 1004 is designed as a pre-cleaner. Its design gives the user ability to separate the dust and over-sized grains from the main crop. At the input, the machine has an aspiration chamber for the suction of light impurities and fine dust.

It consists of two layers of screens. Upper screen is used for separating oversized grains and lower screen is used for separating the dust or the broken product. The product remain between two layers can be counted as pre-cleaned product.
