Öncelikli kullanım amacı, ürün içerisindeki toz ve kirliliğe sebep olan materyallerin ayrıştırılmasıdır. Aynı zamanda kullanım alanındaki makinelerden çıkan toz ve partikülleri uzaklaştırılmasını sağlar.

Çalışma Prensibi

Siklofan içerisinde ki kanatların dizaynı sayesinde makinelerden çektiği kirli havayı çeperlere doğru savurur ve girdap şeklinde yön verir. Merkez kaç kuvvetinin etkisiyle partiküller çeperden ilerlerken mini siklon kanalına çekilir. Bir miktar toz salyangozda birikeceği için mini siklondan geri besleme kanalına iletilen bu kısım tekrar sirküle edilerek ikinci kez temizlenmesi sağlanır. Partiküllerden arındırılmış temiz hava siklofan gövde merkezinden dışarı verilerek sistem tamamlanmış olur.

Description

Cyclofan is the integration between a Cyclone - and the Turbine Fan. Main purpose of using cyclofan is to control dust in the processing plants. It can be used as a central aspiration system to collect all the dust and light particles with the raw (input) material.

Working Principle

It has a special design of vanes that generates air-stream. The air-stream is put into an extremely intensive rotation. In the rotating air stream the dust particles are hit against the cylinder inner sheet and separated before the air leaves the Cyclofan. The dust-loaden air is separated from the rest of the air in the separation part of the cyclofan. The dust is separated from the air in the mini cyclone and the air is returned to the suction side of the Cyclofan. A small amount of the dust will remain in the air, which is the reason for another recirculation of the air to allow a second dust separation.
