• Kontrol Paneli

AKY Technology anahtar teslim sözleşmelerinin içerdikleri arasında dağıtım panelleri, güç faktörü düzeltimi panelleri ve devre kesici paneller gibi elektronik panel kurulumları ve proses kontrolü için PLC ve SCADA da bulunmaktadır.

Dahili elektrik mühendislerimiz yalnızca tam tasarım ve elektrikli tesislerin işletilmesi ve proses kontrolü konularında uzmanlaşmış değillerdir; aynı zamanda makinelerle tasarım sistemlerinin uyumu konusunda da uzmanlaşmışlardır.

• Proses Kontrolü

Bir tesisin makineleri ve ekipmanları, sistemin boyutu ve organizasyonuna uyarlanmış PLC sistemlerince kontrol edilmektedir. Bir SCADA sistemi, tesisin işletilmesi ve izlenmesi için kullanılmaktadır. Böyle bir SCADA sistemi işletim, izleme ve uyarma için özel fonksiyonları programlamayı mümkün kılmaktadır, aynı zamanda ampirik eriyi depolama ve sunmayı da mümkün kılmaktadır.

• Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi

Tahıl, tohum ve besin endüstrisinde modern üretim tesislerinde şu anda yaygın olan, girdi kontrolü, çıktı ve akış, örneğin otomatik depolama ve üretim kontrolleri, kapasite optimizasyonu, kalite güvencesi, enerji günlüğü kullanımı vb. için bilgisayar merkezli kontrollerin kullanılmasıdır.

Tartma makineleri ve SCADA sistemleri ile birleşim içerisinde, üretim prosesi süresince eklemeler ve bölmelerin yanı sıra epolama tesislerine gidip gelen maddelerin nakliyesine ilişkin verileri kaydedebilen, depolayabilen ve işleyebilen bilgisayar sistemlerini sağlayarak AKY Technology bu alanda en modern aşamadadır.

• Automation

Process control is nothing less than the ‘central nerve system’ which controls the process during operation. Since 1973, AKY Technology has developed and integrated these control systems into projects.

The highest capacity and most efficient way of operating plants are achieved by the use of automation systems. As a result of many years of experience AKY Technology can advise the best automation level for controlling the processes.

PLC systems adapted to the size and organisation of the system. A SCADA system is used for operating and monitoring the plant. Such SCADA system makes it possible to program special functions for operating, monitoring and alerting, but also makes it possible to store and present emprical data.

• Management Information System

It is currently common for modern production plants in the grain, seed and feed industry to use computer-based controls for managing input, output and flow, e.g. automated storage and production controls, capacity optimisation, quality assurance, logging energy use, etc. AKY Technology is also at the cutting edge in this area by providing computer systems that, in conjuction with weighing machines and SCADA systems, can log, store and process data concerning material transactions to and from storage facilities, as well as additions and partitioning during the production process.

• Control Panel

AKY Technology turnkey contracts include PLC and SCADA for processcontrol and electrical panel installations such as distribution panels, power-factor correction panels and circuit-breaker panels.

Out internal electrical engieers not only have expertise in the complete design and execution of electrical facilities and process control, but also in adopting designing systems with machinery.

• Process Control

A plant’s machinery and equipment are controlled by
